President's Message

As we prepare to enter our 100th year on campus, there has never been a better time to be an Alpha Sig. Our fraternity has grown tremendously in the past 4 years, and we now have nearly 90 active members. Though the quantity of members has increased, we have not sacrificed any quality. Fall quarter we achieved a 3.3 GPA, placing us above the all-men's average and in the top 1/3 of Fraternities. Last summer at our national summit in New Orleans we took home awards for best Brotherhood Development, and best Recruitment out of any Alpha Sig Chapter nationally. Overall, we ranked as the 2nd best chapter nationally. This Spring we will be taking up new service projects to reach our goal of donating 500 service hours through Service-Oriented-Brotherhoods (S.O.B.'s). Our social chairs have begun planning an assortment of wild events for our Summer and Fall which include concerts, parties, exchanges, grab-a-dates. It's going to be epic. Our rush chairmen have also begun their efforts of finding the next 30 men worthy of calling themselves Alpha Sigs. If you are interested in Rush don't hesitate to contact them. Like I said before, It's a great day to be an Alpha Sig.

Sincerely,

Kevin D'Olivo
